This beautiful trekking route covers culture, religion and daily lifestyle of Tamang community and see spectacular Mountains view.  The Tamang Heritage trek begins with a day Bus or reserved Car or Jeep ride from Kathmandu to Shyaphrubesi, goes through the stunning valleys, picturesque old Tamang villages, fascinating terraced farmlands and lush green forest. This beautiful circuit trek can be done 6-9 days.
