Manaslu Larke Pass Trek

Manaslu Larke Pass is a challenging and amazing trekking destination in Nepal Himalayas. The area is becoming popular since tea houses were built. Manaslu region lies in the north-east of the Gorkha district of Nepal and also Mt. Manaslu 8163m is located in this area and it is the eighth highest mountain in the world. Because of the climate variation, you can see different ethnic groups, their culture, and lifestyle, and of course magnificent landscape, plenty of beautiful Waterfalls, and splendid Mountain Views. Also, you will discover the diversity of flora and fauna.

The Manaslu Trekking area was only opened in 1992 for foreigners. Since that date, this extremely isolated area is becoming the choice of adventure seekers to experience the Tibetan Buddhist lifestyle, culture, and real adventurous journey. Manaslu Conservation area is popular among the trekkers and the area provides views of the snow-covered mountains. Also, you will get an opportunity to interact with the different ethnic people, those who live in the villages scattered along the trek route.

Tsum Valley Trek

The scared Valley of Tsum is located in the northern part of the Gorkha district. The Tsum Valley is rich in ancient art, culture, religion, and of course nature. Here Tibetan origin people speak their own language. As the Tsum Valley is rich in Buddhist culture and tradition, we get an opportunity to visit some of the beautiful old Buddhist monasteries such as Mu Gompa and Rachen Gompa. We trek through picturesque villages and see hundreds of Buddhist Stupas along the trail.

This isolated Himalayan valley is an untouched beauty of nature and culture and offers a much more enjoyable Trekking Experience. More and more people are interested to explore this magnificent valley and enjoy a spectacular view of the landscape and snowcapped Himalayan Peaks. But still, the valley is not as exposed as other trekking destinations. Therefore, the area is still less crowded and noncommercial. Pikey Peak is probably the most incredible Trekking destination in the lower Solukhumbu region. For those who like to explore nature and are interested in the local culture but may not have time for a longer trip or are unable to go to high elevations; Pikey Peak is the perfect target. Pikey Peak Trekking is sweet able for both experienced as well as beginner trekkers. Pikey Peak Trek is basically a moderate-level short trekking destination in the lower Solukhumbu area.

Pikey Peak Trekking is a newly introduced trekking route in the lower Solukhumbu region that allows us to enjoy an up-close view of Everest, a panoramic view of the Himalayas including above seven 8000m high Peaks in the world, and along with magical landscapes. The view of sunrise and sunset over the giant peaks is so magical that it will become your lifetime memory. Apart from majestic Himalayan views, you will get the opportunity to discover unique geography, and Sherpa/Tamang/Magar Culture and their hospitality are very intriguing.

Recently Pikey Solukhumbu Tapting Social Service organized the Pikey Peak Trekking Promoting Campaign 2019 to promote Trekking in this area and to make it one of the main tourist destinations of Nepal.

The campaign started 20-December-2019 in Kathmandu and ended 26-December-2019 in Kathmandu. Total participants: 29, Total Trekking Days: 5 started from Dhap and finished in Salleri.
